Yesterday morning we were scrambling to get ready for our show. We were past our deadline to be out the door, and we were missing an important audio converter. Our house was a mess, but after some searching, I found what I needed in the basement. Meanwhile, Teresa was upstairs. She certainly had no idea where to find a converter. So she said a prayer and quickly thereafter discovered two adapters in a place in our bedroom where I would have never looked. There interesting thing about this story is not only is it evidence that God answers prayers, but it’s evidence that he answers prayers when it may not be necessary. I had, after all, already found what I was looking for, unbeknownst to Teresa, and her little miracle was, as far utility, superfluous. But it was important to Teresa, and so her Heavenly Father responded. Interesting.
