Tonight, on our way home from some puppet shows, our three-year-old Ariah made a solemn confession about a time when she was a baby. According to her, she was in her crib, and the walls were so high, but she climbed out of it anyway. Then she jumped really high and turned on the light switch, and this made mommy and daddy really mad. She ended with, “I’m sorry I did this when I was a baby. I won’t do it again.”
