I chew my food

I’ve developed a new habit as of late. I chew my food. I’ve always heard this is a good idea. It really does curb one’s hunger as well as facilitate better digestion, which should be linked to less fat-producing body. It can seem like a chore at first, but at the same time it does seem that I’m enjoying my food more and eating less of it.

You know what are good? Fried mushrooms. Add a little salt, and it might as well be meat.
