I’ve begun working out again, thanks to the handy gym at my work place. Anyone up for a He-man contest? Though I’ve been running barefoot all summer, not until today have my feet gotten painfully blistered. And this was from running on a treadmill! Treadmills get really hot after a mile or so and have a way of subtly burning your flesh. Who would have guessed?
Tonight was New Play Project’s 24 Hour Play Festival. Teresa was up all night last night writing her play. It was brilliant. The other plays were brilliant too. I love being a part of community theater. It’s really about the closet thing I can think of to Zion.
